ABOUT RIE
Rojay's Import & Exports helps customers in Africa shop products from the United States and get eligible purchases delivered home. Many Amazon USA products, sellers and shipping options do not deliver directly to African addresses. RIE is designed to remove that barrier by giving the order a U.S. receiving point in Phoenix, Arizona, then preparing the eligible items for international forwarding.
RIE does not operate a fixed product catalog. Instead, the site gives customers access to eligible products available through Amazon USA and supported U.S. marketplaces. That can include everyday consumer goods such as electronics and accessories, fashion and shoes, auto parts and tools, home and lifestyle products, gifts and other shippable merchandise.
Finding an item on Amazon does not always mean Amazon will ship it to your country. Some sellers only ship inside the United States, some products have destination restrictions, and some international options can disappear based on the exact item or address. RIE creates another path: the eligible order is received in Phoenix first, then forwarded internationally using available carrier services.
Customers shop Amazon USA normally and can use the RIE Cart Connector to bring their Amazon cart into this site. RIE then reads the products, quantities and pricing needed to estimate the order, package and international shipping journey. The goal is to make the process feel familiar: you choose what you want on Amazon, and RIE handles the forwarding workflow around it.
Eligible orders are sent to RIE's Phoenix receiving location, where packages can be received, inspected and consolidated. RIE then measures the final parcel, prepares the required shipping/customs information, compares available international carrier services and forwards the package to the customer's supported African destination.

WHY I BUILT THIS
I came to the United States in 2020 in pursuit of opportunity — not simply to change where I lived, but to change what I believed was possible for my life.
In December 2021, I lost my uncle, someone incredibly dear to me who, alongside my mother, helped raise me from childhood. His loss left a permanent mark on me. It also gave me a deeper sense of purpose: if people believe in you, the greatest way to honor them is to keep moving forward and build something meaningful with the opportunities you have.
I started my career at Amazon and I am still there today. The experience has strengthened my discipline, my work ethic and my understanding of how much consistency matters. But I have always wanted to create something of my own — something that connects the country that raised me with the opportunities I found in America.
Rojay's Import and Exports is part of that journey. I want people across Africa — starting with Namibia — to have a simpler path to products in the United States, while building a company my family can be proud of. I came to America to better myself and become something in life. I am hardworking, ambitious and determined — and I will keep pushing until the vision becomes reality.

No. Rojay's Import & Exports is an independent purchasing and forwarding service. Amazon is one of the U.S. marketplaces customers can shop. RIE is not owned by, operated by, or endorsed by Amazon.

No. Finding a product on Amazon does not guarantee it can legally or safely be forwarded internationally. RIE screens the cart before payment and may block an item or require manual review for restricted, hazardous, oversized or destination-sensitive goods.
You shop Amazon USA normally. When you're ready, the RIE Cart Connector reads the visible cart after you deliberately press the import button and sends the product details needed for the RIE quote. RIE then estimates the consolidated parcel and requests live carrier pricing.
The checkout uses a live carrier rate based on the estimated consolidated parcel. After the physical packages arrive in Phoenix, RIE measures the real consolidated parcel and re-verifies the final carrier rate before dispatch. If a material adjustment is needed, RIE can hold the shipment and contact the customer before international handoff.
Not unless they are specifically shown in the quote. Import duties, taxes, brokerage, storage or other destination-country charges may be assessed separately by customs, the carrier or local authorities.
Yes. RIE tracks the order through its internal milestones, and supported carrier tracking can update the shipment automatically after carrier handoff. Customers can use the Track section or My RIE Orders for the latest available status.
RIE will update the order and contact you when customer action is needed. Refunds, substitutions, returns or price differences can depend on the retailer's rules and whether the product has already been purchased, received or forwarded.
Timing depends on the retailer's U.S. delivery time, how many packages are arriving, RIE processing, the selected international carrier, customs processing and final-mile delivery. The site shows available estimates, but customs and carrier delays can extend them.
ITEM ELIGIBILITY
International forwarding rules differ by carrier and destination. RIE uses automated screening plus manual review where needed, and the carrier/customs decision always controls final eligibility.
Examples can include clothing, shoes, accessories, many household goods, eligible electronics, tools, auto parts and gifts when the specific product and route are carrier-eligible.
These may require extra documentation, a specific carrier or a different service.
RIE's standard checkout does not process items such as firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks or other products that cannot be legally or safely transported through the selected route.
